Program Description
Maximum Engagement through Brain Friendly Conversation will address how leaders can lead high performing teams through collaborative performance, development and feedback conversations to engage their team and reduce psychological threat.

Tenice Wehmeyer
Tenice partners with leaders to explore their current ripples and level of engagement they have with those around them – both inside and outside of the office. Using this deep self-awareness, she works with the leader to create new ripples of productive impact with their team, peers, and key stakeholders and the energy to devote to their life outside of work. Tenice’s desire is to help as many leaders as possible be fully engaged with those who matter the most.
