Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied to other events.

Registration may be transferred to another person at the same organization if change is requested in writing prior to January 15, 2019. Request for transfer must be submitted via email to cmp@sahrma.org. If transferring to another individual, higher registration fees may apply if membership level is different. Companies paying registrations by company check reserve the right to transfer registration to another current employee. Registration fee will be based on individual’s membership status. No shows will be billed.
