Program

Strengthening Strategic Alliances

A Virtual SAHRMA Symposium

Program Description

October is Global Diversity Awareness Month and it is celebrated around the world by connecting with different people and cultures.

The celebration of GDAM is intended to remind people of the importance and value of respecting the differences each person brings to their workplace and its culture.

GDAM highlights the importance of prioritizing Diversity in the culture of companies of all sizes. Without GDAM, it would not be possible to increase understanding of the differences people bring with them to their workplace.

SAHRMA is thrilled to present the 2nd annual GDAM Diversity Symposium which will address the three pillars of any Diverse, Inclusive, and Equitable company culture and workplace.

Strengthening Strategic Alliances relies on people finding a space to lend their voice, support, and sponsorship to a community that might otherwise be left out or marginalized.

Each of the speakers at this year’s event will share their unique experiences and perspectives on being an ally to others in their communities.

Join us as we celebrate Global Diversity Awareness Month with a thought-provoking panel of speakers who are dedicated to Strengthening Strategic Alliances in the San Antonio and South Texas community and workplaces.
