Summary of presentation
To maintain safe work environments, OSHA recommends employers provide workplace safety training to all employees. This fully interactive workshop will familiarize you with OSHA requirements for employers in general industry. Hosted by the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), this OSHA-10 Workshop is instructed by CJ Petitt, an OSHA authorized instructor. The workshop will educate employers and their workers on how to identify and prevent common worksite hazards.

2) Learn how to setup a company Safety Program that meets OSHA requirements
3) Learn requirements for maintaining safety and compliance records.
Speaker: CJ Petitt
CJ Petitt, SPHR, MBA brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in all areas of Human Resources. CJ started her career with Texas Workforce Commission and knows how to protect employers from legal hassles and non-compliance in both HR and Safety. She is certified as a Senior Professional in HR and earned her MBA from St. Mary’s University. She is also an OSHA Authorized Trainer. My HR Consulting is ESBE SBE WBE HUB certified.
